The basic structure and bones of this interior is very elaborate and lovely. Looks like much water damage to the plaster and a butchered proscenium. Are those organ grills on each side of the stage? I think so. Could have been restored to show high class entertainment.
How did you get this great picture? I thought the balcony was closed off. I remember looking up once and I saw the balcony and was fascinated by how big the balcony area was. Great theatre. I’m glad I got to see it before it was destroyed
