This 300-pixel thumbnail is part of a Sept. 2009 Google Street View image which is very much Copyright Google. I have uploaded it here for the fair use scholarly purpose of illustrating the cause of the Bar-Ann’s sign dispute with Portage Township in 2013-14 over this sign, which was in the center of the 50-foot wide Cyran Alley. The drive-in reached a settlement whereby it would move the sign “about 25 feet west”, which is probably where it is as I type. When Google updates its Street View, this perspective may be lost forever, so I wanted to capture it here.

I also couldn’t resist because the titles on the marquee are the same as in Chris1982’s photo in this collection.
