Landmark Theatres is offering a 2005 calendar featuring color photos of many of their classic theatres from across the U.S. Among those featured are Denver’s Mayan (auditorium and exterior shots), St. Louis' Tivoli (auditorium entryway and exterior, including marquee), Milwaukee’s Oriental (beautiful auditorium view), and NY’s Sunshine (exterior). The calendars are just $9.99 and are on sale at Landmark Theatres nationwide.

Any suggestions on how to purchase one if you don’t live in a Landmark Theatre location?
My best advice would be to e-mail Landmark at and see what they can do about getting a copy to you.
Guess I’ll be stopping by the Rialto in Pasadena tonight. Thanks. Maybe next year a Cinema Treasures calendar??
The Rialto is actually January’s featured theatre. Great shot of the exterior lit up at night and “Rocky Horror” and “Concert for Bangladesh” being displayed on the marquee. (Pretty cool bookings!)
Must be the same shot on the Landmark website. Cool indeed. As a side note, “Bangladesh” has not been released on DVD and is out of print in VHS. One of the best rock films ever.
For $9.99 (including tax) I not only got a calendar but a pass good at any Landmark Theater Mon-Thurs good anytime through 2005.
