GOD!!!

I just about cried in shock, when I read David Hinckley’s column in today’s New York Daily News about the closing of this great theater.
I am just so upset. This was my FAVORITE New York theater since the 70s.

I just moved back to New York late last year, after living 15 years in Oregon (MultiPlex Haven). And the Astor Plaza was a refuge from the MultiPlex-Mania permeating this country for the last 20 years.

Though I, at least got to see “HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKHABAN” & “SPIDER-MAN 2” at the theater recently, I’m still disheartened of its closing.
