Vintage theater shopping to purchase

How’s everyone in the theater industry today? I’m in the market to acquire historic or vintage theaters for sale in the United States. There have been some opportunities where you may purchase them for a dollar, but you have to fully restore them. Cities have been known to give them away, but they have to generate tax revenue. Please keep me posted on such underlying opportunities. I would highly appreciate it very much. You may e-mail on viable prospects to or ..

Stan Kiepke of the Omaha Rose Blumkin Performing Arts Center Theater for children certainly wouldn’t mind any contributions to the venue. New materials are always welcome, including equipment and props. Check out the Rose Theater at WWW.RoseTheater.Org and if you wish, e-mail Stan at to see what it is that you may do to help this theater out. I do know the exterior needs some restoration work done to it to preserve this local icon.

Please pay tribute to the late Rose Blumkin, founder of Nebraska Furniture Mart. She had purchased this theater to preserve this unique historic landmark. You may further inquire on its history when you talk to Stan. It should be delightful.

Perhaps other entertainment or theatrical productions could be sent to this venue during the off seasons to keep it running smoothly. There are a lot of regular and vintage rose songs out there on the radio and television. The Rose Theater is vying for attention!

Thank you in advance for your consideration and do have a very nice day!
