Updated seating with cup holders in each theatre. Open 5 months and have made money each month. Full access to books. New popcorn machine and nice gameroom. Great community backing. Sir, i believe you are out of line, i responded, you responded, i gave the amounts, and what i would do. If you did not sell, a lease purchase was a legit offer, this is how i do things, this is how i have 13 theaters, if you are having problems that is you, not me, out of line to offer you a lease purchase? i think not, have a fun and glorious day, i will and do just fine leasing, then purchasing, 2 more in TX and going for 3 more this weekend, thanks
