I am looking for a theater to lease with an option to buy. Must be in good condition and either showing a profit or have a very good reason for not doing so.
Please email complete and verifiable information. Include…provable financials, photos, condition, location, number of screens with seating for each, why selling, current operating status, etc.. Please be as detailed as possible. Thank you.
