Kentucky theater for sale

I have a drive in theater located in Kentucky that we just aquired and want to give the folks here at CT the opportunity to run and own. In the past I have done this and it has helped someone get into the movie theater business for little to nothing.
If you have ever wanted to run your own theater with little money, contact me. We can work something out.

Hi cyNdi, nice to see someone saving, instead of destroying drive-ins. On a seperate note, did you find out anything about the 2 theatres I told you about in a seperate post, the Ritz in Elizabeth N.J. and the Forum in Metuchen, N.J.?

You need to pay back what you owe before you have a more serious problem. The EBAY scam was a nice touch but you should not attempt to sell things you don’t own. Let me set this matter to rest, once and for all.
I was contacted by ‘Mike’ to be a partner in his VA theater, on which he had a lease, but it needed over 30k worth of rehab and needs to be brought up to code, etc. Then he found another theater, a drive-in in KY. I was contacted by the leasee, who gave me a buyout AND the owners gave me a NEW lease with the option to buy this at a price.
Mike cannot make more then $600 a month or he will lose his disability check, so I have researched and there is no way, short of doing it illegally, and with my contract with the owners of the theater and myself, I cannot and will not do anything illegal, so I ADVERTISED for a partner who had money who wanted to work, be it silent or otherwise, since Mike could not be a partner because he was unwilling to ‘risk’ his 1500 a month.
As for being in Florida, the theaters I have are not in Florida and have nothing to do with anything. Now, this is the final story in this matter, and as of today, I am still looking for a silent or working partner.
