The Contra Costa International Jewish Film Festival

PLEASANT HILL, CA — The 15th Annual Contra Costa International Jewish Film Festival will be on (February 20- February, 26, 2010). I hope you all attend this wonderful event it will be located at Cine Arts. I have been a member since 2007 and I underwritten two films in honor of my Dad. If you want to be a sponsor whether it is a Corporate Sponsor or Individuals going in as a Group, we have different types of Sponsorships.

Our director, Riva Gambert has been with the Festival since year “one” and also serves as the Director of Community Programs for the Jewish Community Federation of the Greater East Bay (where she has been on the staff for twenty-nine years). A former film critic during her university days for her college newspaper, Riva lectures extensively on cinematic issues, focusing on the history of movie censorship, sterotypes in films, Film Noir and the cinema of Alfred Hitchcock.

We are looking forward to have everyone getting involved in the 15th Annual Contra Costa International Jewish Film Festival by spreading the word that everyone in the Orinda, Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Concord, and Tri- Valley area that you all should come to the movies at the Cine-Arts in Pleasant, Hill on February 20 to February 26, 2010.
