“The Mayor’s Gala” to be held at Lebowsky Center

OWOSSO, MI — Owosso mayor Benjamin Fredrick will host “The Mayor' Gala” to note the completion of exterior work on the fire-gutted Lebowsky Center on Friday evening, October 22. Owosso Community Players director Linda Keenan said will be a celebration of the theater’s new roof and walls. Proceeds from the event will be used to pay for Phase II of construction to complete the theater’s restoration. Design work will soon be underway on the interior and the project is expected to be completed in 2012.
