Franklin Theatre to be sold

ALLENTOWN, PA — After almost a century in the business, the Franklin Theatre was sold the other week. Its current owner, could not afford to operate it anymore and the new owner has not revealed plans for its future.

I have read the article in the Express-Times….Let me ask this question. Why is it that Richard Wolfe owner of the Roxy in Northampton does well running a second run theater while the Franklin wasn’t doing well?
