State Theatre to develop second theater

TRAVERSE CITY, MI — The highly successful State Theatre, home of the Traverse City Film Festival, is developing a second theater to show films behind the State by renovating the old Con Foster Museum into what festival management has dubbed “Bijou by the Bay.”
