Preservationists working to preserve San Jose’s Century dome movie theaters

SAN JOSE, CA — Locals are joining forces to save the Century 21 as its lease is up and its future is in doubt. The first domed in the Century circuit, the almost 50-year old cinema has gotten attention with “Save the Dome” T-shirts and a preservation group working to incorporate it into any future developments on the site.
