Walmart expansion cancellation leaves shuttered theatre behind

FALMOUTH, ME — Locals weren’t completely upset with the closing of the Regal Cinemas last year because they were promised a larger Walmart in its place. Now that Walmart has cancelled those plans, the closed theater is just left sitting there with no word on the future of the site. It was the only cinema in town.
