These are the 4x14 inch signs used in interior or exterior poster cases, above or below a poster to indicate play dates or times.
They were usually in a small but long frame. These signs have a black field with white letters.

Theater Seats
I have for sale approx. 230 theater seats w/cupholder armrest, that came out of a theater that closed in Canon City, CO. They are about 20 years old and have the usual wear of a theater. They are tourqouise in color the fabric being dark blue in color.
The price of the seats are $10.00 each and the price does not include shipping. I can deliver to some areas in Colorado for less than normal shipping if so desired.

I used to be a relief projectionist at the Palace Theater back in the early ‘70s. Lived in Floydada about 6 years during Junior High and High School and sometimes visit the Floyd County Hesperian-Beacon’s online edition.
Noticed this classified ad in the 8/4/05 edition and thought you’d be interested. I don’t really want to join your site, but did want to share this info.

Capitol Theater For Sale
BLOOMSBURG, PA — The Capitol Theater is listed for sale on the website below.
The theater, which I think closed in 1999, had a balcony which was converted to a second theater in the 1970’s. It’s located in the heart of Bloomsburg’s downtown and near the Bloomsburg University Campus. I was in this theater in the 1980’s and it was in decent shape but had been heavily remodeled.
The owner opened a multi-screen outside of town and decided to close this theater.
