New Seat Counts at Neshaminy 24’s laser projectors conversion (Conversion started 9/9 and ended 9/18): Theatre #1 (IMAX with Laser): 198 (Since 11/11/2021 - Black Panther: Wakanda Forever); Theatre #2: 431;Theatre #3: 78; Theatre #4: 77; Theatre #5: 78; Theatre #6: 104; Theatre #7: 186; Theatre #8: 158; Theatre #9: 157; Theatre #10: 158; Theatre #11: 158; Theatre #12: 204; Theatre #13: 205; Theatre #14: 158; Theatre #15: 158; Theatre #16: 158; Theatre #17: 157; Theatre #18: 186; Theatre #19: 106; Theatre #20: 77; Theatre #21: 77; Theatre #22: 78; Theatre #23: 431; Theatre #24 (Dolby Cinema): 248 (Since 5/27/2017 - Baywatch). Theatres #2 & 24 lost 8 seats, and the other 20 Theatres lost 3 to 4 seats, all in the back row.

This Boyd Theatre was never part of Sameric Theatres. The Boyd Theatre in Philadelphia became the Sam Eric Theatre, and closed as United Artists Sameric 4 Theatre.

Stanley Warner Theatres used this same design for the Plaza Theatre, which was located in King of Prussia, PA. The Plaza Theatre was operated by: Stanley Warner Theatres, RKO Stanley Warner Theatres, Sameric Theatres, and United Artists Theatres before closing in 2000 when United Artists King of Prussia Stadium & IMAX Theatre opened.

The Watchung & XD is actually the 3rd Cinemark to open in New Jersey, with the Cinemark 16 & XD in Somerdale, NJ being the first, opened back in the early 1990’s as Movies 10

Tenet is returning to the IMAX Theatre in 70mm for 1 week in February. Will be the only location in SE Pennsylvania to show this film. Next closest location is AMC Lincoln Square 13 in Manhattan.

Seen a picture of the original single screen Andorra Theatre when it was Acme Markets. William Goldman Theatres acquired the building from Acme Markets Inc when they built the current Acme Markets building. Rest is history.

Found out while read a obituary of Hank Milgram, that Milgram Theatres once owned the Uptown Theatre, sometime after the joint Sam Shapiro-Warner Bros. Pictures ownership (Sam Shapiro the building, Warner Bros. Pictures, through Stanley Warner Theatres, the operational rights)

This theatre’s old Mall entrance has since been sealed when the entire Fairgrounds Mall was demolished, excluding the theater, Boscov’s, Burlington, and Planet Fitness.

As of November 11, 2022, the IMAX Theatre reopened as a “IMAX with Laser st AMC” Theatre, with “Black Panther Wakanda Forever” in Laser IMAX and Laser IMAX 3D.

Currently there"s a Dunkin' , a H&R Block, and a Wells Fargo on the site of the RKO Stanley Warner’s Midway Theatre. The Wells Fargo moved from it’s original site (as Kensington Trust Company/First Pennsylvania Banking And Trust Company) in 2013.

a new Mall entrance and a big Lego giraffe is now on part of the spot where the Cinema On the Mall (Cinema I & II Plymouth Meeting Mall) was located, on the outside. The food court is located where the other half of the the theatre was.
