The Bass Hill Drive-in was demolished(after trying to heritage list the site!) in October 2007. The site has been turned into a development site(housing estate?).
The North Western Drive-in is still there, just outside of Burchip, on the Burchip-Wycherproof Road, going east, just past the road distance sign, on the north side of the road. The North Western Drive-in site is complete except the panels are missing from the screen(frame and legs only), does not appear to be a funeral parlour anymore. Birchip home to the Australian vanilla slice competition, was featured on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation(ABC) program Back Roads(Season 1, episode 5 – 28/12/2015),no sight or mention of the North Western Drive-in, i don’t think!?

According to the Wikipedia page, drive-in theatres in Australia, the Sundown Drive-in opend in 1968, an closed in 1984, is now a caravan park(name unknown). The Sundown Drive-in was located in the Canberra suburb of Narrabundah
The apartments that are there now, are called Equus Apartments(and Equus Arcade?). The photo of Cinema City, and the Equus Apartments(there now), both have Perth Town Hall(across the road) shown reflecting on the windows.
Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre is on the Western side of Blair Street, just north of the Clifton Street roundabout(Close to the back of Grand Cinemas, Bunbury).
The original Fortress hall building also includes a restaurant called City Heart(Indian food)–(48 Pier Street) to the left of the Fortress Hall entrance, as well as the Other restaurant(Sahara – Middle Eastern cuisine) to the right of the Fortress Hall entrance(also 48 Pier Street). The entrance of the Fortress Hall still has the words Salvation Army Fortress above the doorway.
Cooper Pedy is a opal mining town, hence the expolsives sign.

The Village Cinemas opened on 4/8/1981. the Village cinemas are still operating.
The Nightcliff(Paspalis) Drive-in was in Nightcliff, not Paspalis.
