Opened as a Skyview Twin Drive-in Theatre on 2nd April 1971 on screen 1 with “Hillbillies in a haunted house”, the Muhammad Ali and Joe Frasier boxing match(in colour), “Taste the blood of Dracula”, and “The Wtchmaker”, and on screen 2 with “Doctors wives” and “The Magic Christian”.
Kings Hall and the nearby Radio Theatre building are planned to be converted into an arts centre, and accommodation by the local council (City of Greater Geraldton).
The Lemongrass Thai restaurant has closed down. This building and the nearby Kings Hall are planned to be converted in an arts centre and accommodation by the local shire council(City of Greater Geraldton).
