Great theater when it opened. It’s amazing that Frank Theaters didn’t ruin it like they did others.

You could see the theater from the highway. The screen remained after the built the apartments.
Went to the UA Valentine and Lowes Paradise but never the RKO.

If I remember correctly this was a RKO Stanley Warner theater prior to going porn

They will have to provide restrooms on the first floor to comply with ADA. The restrooms were upstairs and there was a lot of steep steps
