Please update and remove the first paragraph The Oakbrook Center Cinemas was opened by Balaban & Katz on December 25, 1964 with Doris Day in “Send Me No Flowers”. Doris Day appeared ‘in’ person'. In the early-1980’s it was operated by Plitt Theaters with three screens since it has it own page on Cinema Treasures and it was a seperate building. And the only operators of the AMC Oakbrook Center former Oakbrook Center 4-7 was Cineplex Odoen and Loews Cineplex as previous operators.
Theatre 1-5 which was Fork and Screen is now called Plush Seating on AMC Website and Theatre 6-10 which was called Cinema Suites is now refered as AMC Signature Recliners on AMC Website.
Please rename AMC Sheridan Plaza 12, went their in 1993 most of the orignal 1980 auditorium were long and narrow, one big house and the add on theatres didn’t look bad from my memory, unfortately don’t have any photos.
Please update,theatre opened on June 19, 1992 and this theatre has 8 screens, theatre 8 is for private functions only, pictures of all the houses are on their website
Please add to description 5 screens open on November 12, 1999 and the theatre currently getting recliners installed.
