This opened by Tom Moyer Luxury Theatres on April 10th, 1968 and reopened with 3 screens in 1974. Later it became part of Act III and Regal Cinemas who closed it in 2000. It reopened on December 21st, 2001. Ads posted.

On May 24th, 1994, the Clackamas County Circuit Court issued an injunction blocking the opening of the cinema to the landlord after the Albertson’ s chain complained. It finally opened on July 1st, 1994. Small grand opening ad and articles posted.

The Town Center Cinema at Tanasbourne was opened by Favorite Theatres (Owned by one of the Moyer brothers) on June 18th, 1975. It closed in 1993 after being taken over by Act III in 1990. Grand opening ad posted.
