The address problem with Google Streetview seems to be that State Street is the border line between Indiana and Ohio. Harrison OH is on the east side of State, whereas West Harrison is a small town on the west side of State in Indiana. The former theatre is on the east side, clearly in Ohio.
The Wells Fargo bank building at 217 W Forsyth appears to have been a good-sized theatre previously. Blank sides and ground level exit doors are a clue.
Currently shut down due to the Covid pandemic. It is questionable whether it will ever reopen, with plans to redevelop the East Towne area. These plans include taking down the mall where the theatre is located.

Pop-up. Their Facebook page shows inflatable screens and lawn seating. Showing free “classic” (old public domain) films. Hardly a treasure.
