Found this one, the address is 2435 Norwood St SW, Lenoir, NC 28645. It was present in a 1951 aerial photo and was still there in 1966. Its since been demolished and is now Keens Towing & Recovery.
This one was located at 1370 Hobbton Hwy, Clinton, NC 28328. It can be seen in a 1955 aerial image but the site has been redeveloped by 1981. Currently Sandpiper Seafood and a carwash occupy the site. The drive-in sign may still be there being used for the carwash.
This drive-in did not exist at this location in 1950, it doesn’t even show up until a 1991 aerial photo! It’s not there in a 1973 aerial either so it seems like it was actually opened in 1978 or it moved locations and opened as a twin at this address.
Ok so going by the above comments this drive-in was located at GA 23 & GA-67, Emmaline GA 30442. The former site is now an empty lot but can be seen in 1970 and 1972 aerial photos but looked closed.
The address does not map correctly on Google, the site was actually at 860 US-89, Jackson, WY 83001. MovieWorks Cinema 4 and a couple of other businesses are now on the site. Nothing remains of the drive-in.
Found this one, the best address is Barefoot Lane, Fries VA 24330. It was present in 1967 and 1970 aerial photos but completely redeveloped by a 1983 aerial photo. Barefoot Lane goes right through the middle of where the ramps were.
Found this one, the closest address is County Route 3 & US 219, Montrose, WV. The drive-in was about ½ a mile north of the intersection. It can be seen in a 1964 aerial photo, today its an empty field with no sign of the drive-in remaining.
4200 Bennett Memorial Rd, Durham, NC 27705 – most of the site has been redeveloped but you can just made out signs of the ramps where the trees are in the middle.

Its not present in a 1955 aerial photo of the spot, it was still intact up to 1998.
A better and easier address to navigate to the site of this former drive-in is Sandcastle Lane, Sandy Huff, WV 24844.
Maybe Hi Vue as in the screen is elevated above the cars giving a “high view”?

20337 WV-12, Hinton, WV, the concession building does appear to still exist and possibly the ticket box.
As noted in the above comment it didn’t exist in this location in 1951 or 1963 so unless it was moved, it actually opened sometime after 1963.
Now Sigmon’s Bark and Mulch, the last 2 rows of ramps can still be made out from the trees but other than that its been demolished.

Not sure if its open but its still there complete as of January this year.
A 1955 aerial photo shows it under construction with only the screen missing. Probably opened a lot earlier than the 70’s.
The concession building is also still there.
Now ABC Storage and Bank of Advance, the concession building still exists as the office for the storage business.
2610 8th Ave SE, Watertown, SD 57201 is a better address.

Probably because of the cotton farming in the area.
Also the business is actually called Cornish Drive-In Storage.
Half the ramps can still be seen on the site.
