I don’t get it. The building is in perfect condition and could easily be converted to a drug store.
This entire block is now a mall – see my comment on the Strand. This theater should be listed as DEMOLISHED.
The Caucus Room is part of a modern mall type building that takes up the entire 400 block of this street. I’ll post a photo shortly.
This theater is now a jewelry store. The blue vertical marquee is still there. I’ll post a photo shortly.
