Whether that’s just the floor above the stores, or a divided part of the auditorium, I do not know. THSA doesn’t have much on this theater, no interior shots.
You’re both quite wrong. The General Cinemas City North 14 opened December 17, 1999. It featured two party rooms, a game room, and a 980 seat parking garage. There had previously been a Goldblatt’s on the site. M&R had previously announced (unrealized) plans for a 16 screen theater at 2950 N. Western.
Here is the corrected link. That’s right, the facade is all that is left of the Heidelberg, which is somewhat ironic, as it was a new facade for the Randolph Theater, none of which still exists. The Argo Tea is in the former Noble Fool space.
