Current name is Fallon Theatres and the phone number is 775-423-6210. With the recent opening of the nearby Fox Peak Cinema, this operation is probably not going to be around for much longer.

In the photo,the posters in the front of the theatre appear to be advertising movies, so maybe it was open at that time. The cars place the picture as being taken in the mid-1930s or later.

Google Street View shows a Ringo’s Market at 233 68 CO 12 in Segundo in a building that looks somewhat like a former theatre.
The theatre is very clearly visible on Google Street View on Bursum Road.
