Must have been mid to late 70’s cause there are no GCC theatres there in 1974.

When they twinned they really ruined it .Surprized it hasn’t been tripled since it is thirty miles from Augusta. I do hear they have a lot of trouble there. And THomson is a small town,Admission is pretty cheap so I guess that encourages the low life to show up. I have Friends there that will not go there,It is a pity.

Might have re-edited for school use.i remember when “SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER” was cut to a PG version,we even played it.It did pretty good.there have been a few re-edited films and re-released i know “CLOCKWORK ORANGE” was and “MIDNIGHT COWBOY” was reduced to an R-rating.In “COWBOY” i don’t know if any thing was ever cut, seems like times changed and it wasn’t an X-rated movie. There are probably a few others,Justin.Glad you are Back.

Boy, the first time I met Chuck,I can see it like it was yesterday,I was tearing at the Imperial theatre and he comes in to work relief and I don’t him from Adam and Ask for a ticket. What followed made “SCARFACE” G -rated.He scared his 17 year old Usher from National Hills to death.I never heard so many F words in all my Life. What really scared me; was working Black movies, which the IMPERIAL got quite a few,Well,Chuck was an R-rated Archie Bunker and He didn’t care if they heard his opinions on Black america.Quite Frankly,It is a wonder a race riot never started there. But I too Miss Chuck. He smoked and Cussed way way too much. I will get The article in the Mail,Might even want to put it on CT.
