  • <p>This photo of it appeared in a Bunbury Tourism Brochure from the 1950’s. You can see the Mayfair Tea Rooms next to it. The Mayfair was built here after the Princess Theatre caught fire. The Mayfair is now the location of the Commonwealth Bank on Stephen Street.</p>
