I have seen my first movie outside of Canada here with “Elemental” (re-issue). I won’t forget taking a huge drink of Pepsi during the soda waterfall part, and then a handful of popcorn during the popcorn cave part of the FP trailer. I think they both tasted better and hit differently at this Regal, as opposed to a normal Cineplex theatre.
Top movie during anniversaries of this theatre:
5, August 11, 2005: The Dukes of Hazzard
10, August 11, 2010: Saw 3D
15, August 11, 2015: Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation
Top movie during anniversaries of this theatre:
5, July 11, 2008: Hellboy II
10, July 11, 2013: Monsters University
15, July 11, 2018: Ant-Man and the Wasp
I saw my first movie at this theatre; Strange World; and it was a very enjoyable experience. You don’t need to wait for food most of the time, there are Coke Freestyle machines and full recliner seats. It is a stadium theatre all right. However there is no arcade, the only game there is a claw machine with cheap Chinese bootleg products to win. Disappointing that this Landmark in Edmonton is very far away and the other one has expensive parking thanks to Park Indigo. I’d prefer it if they decided to close Cinema City on the east side earlier than the Landmark Clareview. I liked that theatre but it seems everyone else hated it though.
I’ve only seen 3 movies here: Sing, Uncharted, and The Fabelmans. I’d like to see more here in the future as I love the aesthetic of this theatre, but ever since Park Indigo took over the City Centre parking the prices have been ridiculous…
Sad that it closed. It was a great cheap theater with an awesome classic movie theatre interior, and it had great arcade games as well! I saw Tom & Jerry and Lightyear here. I know that some of the last second-run movies shown here were Black Adam and DC League of Super Pets.

I saw Muppets Most Wanted here back in 2014. I barely remember the theatre’s interior though…
