I went by this address the other day. Nothing resembling a theater at all, but a building is in its place with lots of retail.
The theater was in the space on the left of the building-now occupied by a bridal shop.

The Fine Arts 3 opened on October 20th, 1971 and was renamed the Fine Arts 4 on May 23rd, 1980 after the Fine Arts at 80 Post Road was split up. Ad posted.
Closed April 4th, 1996.
