The Glen City Theatre opened by August 1919. By 1926 it was operated by the L. Lou Bard chain Far West Theatres Inc., The Glen City Theatre operated through 1949 when it was destroyed by fire. There’s currently an old Goodwill at this address now but the building shows no sign of former theatre use.

Lost in a big fire in 1949.
The January 26, 1940 issue of Southwest Builder & Contractor contained an announcement that Clifford Balch had prepared plans for remodeling both the Glen City and Lynn Theatres in Santa Paula.
The January 21, 1950, issue of Boxoffice said that Mrs. Hazel Payne, owner of the Glen City Theatre building, planned to rebuild the house and was meeting with the insurance company to settle her claim. She added that she had not heard from Fox West Coast about whether or not they wanted to continue operating the Glen City once it was rebuilt.
I found a Santa Paula Chronicle newspaper article about the theater in 1919. It opened that year.
