This was rebuilt, opening on October 21st. 1924. Lyric theatre opening Sat, Oct 11, 1924 – 9 · Courier-Post (Camden, Camden, New Jersey, United States of America) · Newspapers.com
An older Lyric theatre opened in 1911.
Hi My grandfather owned the Lyric on Clinton Avenue until the 60s. (Apparently there was another one on Broadway) I have a picture of the theatre and a few signs and things. I spent many days up in the balcony watching movies with my siblings and friends in the 50s. My mother grew up watching the great shows they had there.
Doesn’t seem to be any building resembling the theater at this street address, according to the map view.
Listed as CLOSED and part of Stanley Warner Corp. in the 1956 Film Daily Yearbook.

CAPTION:
In December 1948, about 450 carriers were treated to a party at the Lyric Theater in Camden.
The owners of the original Lyric ordered a Moller organ in 1921 (opus 3282) but cancelled the order. In 1924, they ordered another (opus 3953) that presumably went into the rebuilt theater in 1926.
The 1950 F.D.Y. also has the Lyric listed as a Negro theatre for black audiences
