This would be the Koung Jou Cafe, which has a street address of 1011 E 2100 S. It was Chinese restaurant when I moved here in February, 1969, and still is.
The Kuong Jou Cafe is now closed.
This location is now a Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Did Chipotle keep the marquee and vertical riser that Kuong Cafe had?
This was renamed World Playhouse on November 27th, 1952.

There is some misinformation floating around about what business is now in the former Marlo Theater. The correct address is 1025 East (odd numbers on the north side of the street) 2100 South. It’s east a few doors of the current Chipotle and is currently, as of September, 2017, occupied by Blick Art Materials.
