was it the terrill electric that moved into the old park theater in the 60s?

In 1965 the Park was a dinner theater. My fraternity had our New Year’s Eve party there. It was an Independent Theater and may not have been sold to Martin Theaters.

I may be wrong, but I thought in the 1960’s when I was in college that the Park Theater was replaced by a plumbing and piping business. My grandmother used to be an assistant type manager at the Park in the fifties, but I do not remember for how long.
