This cinema was located in the Swansea Mall on Route 6 in Swansea, Massachusetts, not far from Fall River. It opened on December 22, 1976, operated by AMC. On October 15, 1982 it was taken over by General Cinemas. On February 21, 1988 it was taken over by another chain. It was closed in 2000 when Regal opened their 12-screen theatre inside the mall.

I saw E.T. a number of times in various places when it came out. Once here. It was just another mall theatre, but one hates to lose anything at all.
This place, which was located in the mall, is not to be confused with the later-built Regal Swansea Stadium 12 that is part of an entirely new set of buildings across the access road and is not within a mall.
Tiny.
Small, shallow, sloping, boxes where movies were shown. I saw many movies here, after a shopping trip or just before one. It was convenient-and that was it’s greatest attribute.
i saw pipi long stocking here and i worked for newport creamery in this mall
The Swansea 4 Cinemas was located inside the Swansea Mall building on 207 Swansea Mall Dr, Swansea, MA 02777. The theater opened its doors on December 22, 1976 by AMC. AMC operated the Swansea 4 Cinemas until October 15, 1982, when General Cinema took over operations of the Swansea 4. This lasted until February 21, 1988 when it was taken over by another theater chain, but I cannot find the chain or information about it.
The Swansea 4 Cinemas closed for the final time in 2000 in connection of a “new” Regal Stadium 12 inside the mall.
