The Cross Roads Drive-In opened on April 17, 1953 with Vincent Edwards in “Hiawatha” & Mickey Rooney in “All Ashore”. This single screen drive-in had a capacity for 150 cars. The Cross Roads Drive-In closed around 1979. The drive-in was intact in 1982, but had been demolished by 1995.

Now Wayside Bodyshop, its possible they kept the drive-in marquee and now use it for their own sign.
April 17th, 1953 Is The Actual Opening Date With An Unknown Double Feature And Was First Operated By Samuel Mellits Who Previously Worked At The Dentonia Decades Previously.
Opened with Vincent Edwards in “Hiawatha” and Mickey Rooney in “All Ashore” (unknown if extras added).
A 1982 aerial shows the drive-in intact.
By 1995, it had been totally demolished.
Today, the property is occupied by Wayside Body Shop with no trace of the drive-in remaining. The current marquee of the body shop was not from the drive-in. The new marquee sits where the projection booth/concession stand once stood.
