Looks to be for sale. $150K and it’s yours… Both theaters and 3 acres.

I drove by this theatre in April, when it was closed and for sale, but they have reopened, and are showing MEGAMIND and SECRETARIAT this week according to Moviefone. Don’t think they have a website yet.
This is the closest I can find to their website. Plenty of info though.

The drive-in has reopened for the season, and is open on Friday and Saturday nights, while the indoor theater is open every night. This is one of the most scenic drive-ins I have ever seen. It is just outside of town, with a very rural feel. It is built on a hill with each row higher than the row in front of it, almost like “stadium seating” at a drive-in. There is also a little stream that runs in front of the screen, between the screen and the cars. I took some pictures last year when it was closed, and will post them if I can find them!
bbrown1,plez try and get them on,never heard of a brook running front of a drive-in screen, sounds like a great set up.
Both theatres are still open. Their website states that the indoor theatre seats 190.
The operator of the Melba Theater closed up shop and created this modern cinema adjoining his existing Sunset Drive-In. The Century I Theatre launched on March 14, 1980 with “The Black Hole.” Regular church services were held there as well. The Century I closed in June of 1999. It reopened December 28, 2000 as the Showtime Cinema closing in 2003. It became the Phoenix Theatre in 2004.
The Phoenix Theaters are still open, both the indoor and the Drive-in. We show first run movies. Both screens are upgraded to Digital projection, indoor has 7.1 surround sound and the Drive-in is by FM radio. I will post updated photos in the near future.
