Excellence Theatres took over the theater on December 1, 1988 after buying out the Dubinsky Brothers.

New ownership and name in 2019. It is now called the Carver Cinemas and its website is at http://www.carvercinemas.com/.

This theater was originally built and operated by Dubinsky Brothers theaters and then sold to Excellence Theaters before it was sold to Fridley.
