Originally a saloon, this building also operated as a variety store before being converted to the Ann Theatre which operated as a movie house from 1933 till 1957. It then was converted into a clothing store, and later an antique shop. Now known as Watonga Floral. See below link for recent photo and further history.

The Ann Theatre opened on August 8, 1934 with Joe E. Brown in “Circus Clown” (unknown if any extras added). The Ann Theatre closed in early-1953.
