In 1963, Affiliated Theaters was headquartered in the Hollywood Theater building in Sioux City. Besides the State, Victory, Hollywood and Iowa which Chuck has already mentioned, Affiliated also ran the 75 Drive-In in Sioux City. Affiliated president at the time was A.B. Friedman.
This is somewhat incorrect, the Affiliated Theaters headquarters was located at the Hollywood Theater, but by 1963 the a chain of theatres from Lincoln, Nebraska. Affiliated was tied in with the Martin Department Store in downtown Sioux City. JSB Amusement ran the 75 Drive In, the Hollywood, the Orpheum and later the 7T7 Drive In located in South Sioux City.
Google Maps is getting the location of this theater wrong. 717 Fourth Street is downtown, between Jackson Street and Jones Street. This is the block the convention center is in now.
