the Minne Lusa theatre opened on July 6th, 1926 and disappeared from the newspaper listings in 1958. Grand opening ad posted.

The January 20, 1926, issue of The Film Daily reported that the Minne Lusa Theatre in Omaha was under construction and was expected to open about March 1. The magazine noted the “crying room” planned for the house, probably one of the earliest examples of that feature. The Minne Lusa Theatre was designed by architect George Fisher.

From Boxoffice magazine, May 1950:
Elmer Hunke, Minne Lusa Theater owner who has been down due to high blood pressure, is again putting in a few hours a day at the theater.
Now the Heartland Family Service. Google Maps the street address and go to streetview and there you have it. Has this weird looking pipe TV antenna toward the rear. Old electrical weatherhead and porcelain insulators/stand-offs still attached to rear of building.
