The Premier 3 was a typical 1980s triplex with mediocre sound and bland aesthetics.
Opened in 1981, the theater was nicknamed “The Warehouse”. The theater had fake zoo animals in the lobby and a giant video arcade. The Premier 3 closed in 1999 and now been converted into a nightclub.
