The Premier 3 was a typical 1980’s triplex with mediocre sound and bland aesthetics.
Opened in 1981, the theater was nicknamed “The Warehouse”. The theater had fake zoo animals in the lobby and a giant video arcade. The Premier 3 closed in 1999 and now been converted into a nightclub.

Premiere Theatres Canada opened the Premier 3 in Milton on February 27, 1981 with “Fort Apache, The Bronx” in Screen 1, “Coal Miner’s Daughter” in Screen 2, and “Ordinary People” in Screen 3.

based upon the above post and a map search , this is now home to the Milton Bible Church. Perhaps in the 1990’s, the history isn’t exactly clear as to the exact date.
