Built in the St. Paul suburb of Roseville at the corner of Snelling Avenue and West County Road C. The Rose Drive-In was opened June 24, 1948 with Larry Parks in “The Swordsman”. By 1955 it was operated by Minnesota Entertainment Enterprises. It had a huge neon rose on the back of the screen. It was closed in the mid-1970’s and demolished in 1980.

My Dad moonlighted here cleaning the theater up on the weekend days, in the seventies.

Closed in the mid-1970s. The outer traces were gutted during the construction of East Snelling Ser Drive, leaving the screen and booth standing until demolition in 1980.
