Reopened with four screens on April 23rd, 1977. Grand opening ads posted.

Took my little Sister to see the 1st Star Trek movie.

I remember seeing “Oliver” -the musical at the Cottonwood before the auditorium split. What a grand house this was with that huge screen!

I saw many movies here, including “Star Wars” and “Orange County”. The place had a spooky air to it, but we went there anyway. The theaters had burnt orange curtains and red seats.
