Park Theatre

The Park Theatre opened on May 17, 1940 with Alice Faye in “Little Old New York” and Jimmy Lydon in “Two Thoroughbreds”. It was operated by Famous Players and was sold to Michael Parconte in 1968. The 820 seat theatre closed in July 1970. It has since been demolished and the site is used as a bank parking lot.

As noted above by Spectrum (and confirmed by the Google Maps street view), this theatre should be set to Demolished. The former theatre site is now a parking lot for the nearby CIBC bank.
