The Regal Richland Crossing 12 opened on December 18, 1998. It is located north of Philadelphia in Bucks County suburbs, at Route 309 and Richland Crossing. The theater featured stadium seating in “select auditoriums” and all digital sound. It was closed on September 15, 2022 due to the Regal/Cineworld bankruptcy.
On February 1 2024 it was announced that the theatre had been taken over by R/C Theatres and a reopening was on March 1, 2024 as the R/C Richland Crossing Movies 12.

This theatre is now becoming the R/C Richland Crossings Movies 12, a 12-screen movie theater featuring luxury heated recliner seating, premium large-format auditoriums (RCX), laser projectors and other amenities, has a tentative soft opening of March 1 at 185 N. West End Blvd. in Richland Township, just outside Quakertown.
