Richmix Cinema

Located in the East End of London, the Shoreditch/Bethnal Green area was without a cinema for 39 years, ever since the Odeon Stepney (last operated as the Naz Cinema) closed in 1967.

The Rich Mix Cinema opened on 28th April 2006 and is located in a new arts and media centre which is located in a former garment factory. The conversion was to the plans of architectural firm Penoyre & Prasad. The screens are located on the first, second and fourth floors and seat 181 (equipped with digital & 35mm projection), 132 and 59 (both with digital projection). It screens mainstream 1st run features as well as independent art house films. There is also a 200-seat live performance space.
