"Fairyland" seemed a perfect name for this little cinema in a picturesque town in the Adirondack Mountains near Lake George.
It was opened prior to 1908 and is listed as operating in the American Motion Picture Directory;1914-1915 edition. On November 18, 1952 it was taken over by Empire Theatres Inc. on Albany NY, and following refurbishment, it reopened on January 1, 1953 as the renamed Warren Theatre. It was closed in 1974 screening “The Exorcist” starring Ellen Burstyn.

I found a newspaper article from 1908 which referred to Fairyland as “the old reliable”.
This one should be listed as the Warren Theatre. The Fairyland Theatre reopened as the Warren Theatre on January 1, 1953.
The theatre building has been demolished and replaced by a parking lot. The parking lot is adjacent to and part of the Warrensburg Health Center. The address above is obsolete. The address for the health center is 3767 Main Street.
According to locals “The Exorcist” was the final film to play at the Warren before it closed. So likely 1974 closing.
3757 Main would’ve been the correct location.
