The Circle Drive-In opened in June 1953 and was operated by Jefferson Amusement Co. The front side of the Circle Drive-In screen had along with the name a huge (and freaky) clown face. Parking was provided for 450. There was also a 360-seat indoor theatre and a restaurant.
It was demolished around 1970-1971. The Circle Plaza Cinema 3 was built on the site.

The Circle Drive-In was located at the southeast section of a five point traffic circle to the north of Henderson. The drive-in was demolished around 1970-71 for the construction of an indoor theatre, at what is now the Circle Plaza Cinema 3.
The proper address for the drive-in would be the same as what is being used for the indoor theatre today:
1401 Lone Star St., Henderson, TX 75653
Billboard, June 13, 1953: “East Texas Theaters has opened the new Circle Drive-In at Henderson, Tex. The drive-in has an auditorium with 300 seats, which is year-round air-conditioned.”
