This theater was opened in 1912 by the Behlings, who also ran the Ellen Terry Theater and Sylvia Theater. It was a small brick and frame one story building.
In 1933, Herman Endres became the operator, and changed the name to the Little German Theater. He ran German films exclusively until the outbreak of World War II ended the importation of these films.
The theater closed in 1942. In the 1980’s it was an auto repair shop. It has since been demolished and the site is an vacant grassed site.
